Leo Pard

Geography Classes:

 

Incident ONE: The Geography teacher started to take one of the chapters in which came the word “Leopard”. 

 

I am sure even a small kid would know the pronunciation of this word, my teacher being a so called PG, Mphil in Geography read it as “L-E-O-Pard” (guess u all got what I meant), yes she pronounced it as “Leo” and then “Pard”. The entire class couldn't stop laughing, she got so offended and asked us what is so funny in that lesson?

 

One of the very daring student, stood up bold and said “Miss, that should be pronounced as “laypard” and not “Leo-Pard” – she was the target of our Geo maam from then. In that class, that maam immediately said I will complain abt u to the principal”………. Though she didn’t really complain to the principal, her fortune days started from then.
